Mark began his healthcare career in 1988 as a technical sales specialist working in the operating room and in 1992 made the shift to the textile industry with a focus on healthcare related textiles. In 1994, Mark joined MIP as a sales consultant with an emphasis on developing business in an environment where improved patient outcomes and high return on investments are important. Today, as the Vice President of the USA Business Unit, Mark continues that responsibility of providing products and solutions that are aligned with
MIP customers and their customers requirements. His special interest include all five of his children, his three grandchildren, the beach and just about any form of motor-sports.
Jeff Ramos is the Southeastern Sales Consultant for MIP’s United States division. Jeff began developing his skills as a sales executive in the hospitality industry in the vacation capital of the world before joining the sales team at MIP in 2013. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Orlando, Florida, Jeff brings his blend of cultures and hospitality to the healthcare industry, where Jeff is driven to provide great customer service, while understanding the unique requirements of each customer. Jeff is married and has seven children and two wonderful grandchildren.
Ralph has been with MIP for over 30 years, working in commercial laundries and healthcare facilities and more than 50 years total textile experience. As a former laundry operator, Ralph is well suited to assist with your decision on the best solution for your requirements. Personal interests include travel, auto racing and theater.
Randy Stogsdill is MIP's Sales Consultant for the West Coast of the US. Randy has been an MIP team member since 2010.
In addition to his 14 years of textiles experience, Randy has over 20 years of Healthcare Materials Management experience, all in acute care hospitals. Randy has been on "both sides of the desk" as he purchased textiles at Detroit Michigan area hospital for 9 years, before transitioning into a career in sales.
Randy and his wife of 39 years live in the "Valley of The Sun" Phoenix, Arizona.

Adam O'Neill is territory manager for Eastern and Northern Ontario. Serving the healthcare market for almost ten years. Adam takes pride helping his customers reduce their costs of providing care while enhancing the end-user experiences within theses organizations.
In his free time, Adam enjoys kayaking, wake surfing and playing team sports including hockey and soccer. He can also be found volunteering for various causes in his local community.

Brad is the consummate salesperson. He has been in sales most of his life. At the age of 16, while attending high school, Brad started working for Eaton’s department store on a part time basis. He then went to work for a national company “The Hardie Corporation” in the institutional textile field. After 5 years, he moved on to starting his own business “Maritime Laundry & Textile Products Ltd.” Shortly after opening this business, he secured a relationship with “MIP” to be the exclusive supplier of their products in Atlantic Canada and he has been providing exceptional service for the past 23 years. Brad is passionate about working with his clients to meet their needs and accomplish their goals. Brad has committed most of his life to the textile industry with a total of 28 years experience in this field. In his spare time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years, in addition to other family and friends, as well as golfing, travelling and pursuing outdoor activities.

National Key Account Manager LTC
With over 25 years experience in the Linen & Laundry business, Chris is your go to reference guide. If we don't have it, he'll know where you can find it. Chris joined MIP in 1986. Working in the Montreal Office for the 1st 5 years before transferring to outside sales. He is customer focused, never having lost his customer service roots.
Francine started her career at MIP in 2004. She has many years of experience representing companies such as; Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Olivetti, and Somabec. She has been a mentor, a sales coach and a freelance journalist. Trained in laundry management by the Laundry Management Association, she also sat at the board of the Association des buanderies du Québec (ABLASQ), as a provider. Her favourite activities include fitness training, yoga, golf, ski, travel and last but not least, Argentinian tango.
Gavin has 3 years experience with MIP with another 3 years in the Med-Surge industry. With over 15 years sales experience, Gavin has developed strong relationship skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer service. Within the 3 years of looking after Alberta, Gavin has really become a strong asset to many of his customers who turn to him for advice and direction when looking into textile related projects. In his spare time Gavin is extremely outgoing and enjoys multiple aspects of life that include cooking and music. Always with a smile on his face, Gavin is open for adventure and new opportunities.
Guy is a customer focused individual and is continuously seeking to improve and find new ideas and solutions for the health care industry in the Textile field. Since starting in the industry in 1998, Guy has been building relationships with customers, and helping them achieve their goals. Guy is an avid sports fan and enjoys Coaching his 3 kids in hockey.

Wayne is the newest member to the MIP sales force having joined the team in January, 2015. He brings with him over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience. Wayne spent the first 23 years of his career as an independent Sales Agent and has spent the past 8 years as Executive Director for Sylvan Learning Centre. His desire for a role in sales led him to MIP. He is currently servicing the Nursing Home community throughout the Maritimes.
Vice-President of International Sales
Lena began her healthcare career with MIP in June of 1994 as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Her skills and business ethics quickly moved her to the position of Sales Manager in 1996 and in 2006, became the Vice President of the International Division.
Lena speaks three languages and having held various positions in the company, continues to bring a vast experience to her customers. Today, as Vice President of the International Business Unit, she has the responsibility of providing products and solutions that are aligned with her global customers.
Her special interests include cooking Sunday dinners for her children and 3 grandchildren, traveling and spending quality time in Florida with her husband.
Sales Representative (Italy)
Mr. Roberto Massari, is a new member of the MIP sales force, who joined the company on February 2014 as a consultant, for the research and development of the Italian market.
He brings with him over 35 years of business experience in the field of purchasing, sales, marketing, management and laundry experience.
Roberto has spent the first 15 years of his career as a buyer for healthcare companies and the last 20 years as president and CEO of an industrial laundry designed, to cater to the health care industry and around the processes of laundering the MIP linen program.
